Find or Buy Israeli Products
If 100,000 North Americans were to spend $3.00 per
week on Israeli products, this would be $300,000 a week
or $1,200,000 a month going back to the Israeli economy.
Imagine if half of all of North America's 6,000,000+
Jews were to make a pledge to spend $3.00 per week on
something made in Israel how this would increase exponentially.
For the most up-to-date, comprehensive information on
how to buy and where to find Israeli products, see the
American Jewish Committee website, www.ajc.org,
and click the link on top right "Made In Israel"
or email: madeinisrael@ajc.org.
Volunteers for Israel
is the U.S. branch of a non-profit, non-political
organization, administered by the Israel Defense Forces,
that participates in helping Israel by working on IDF
bases doing non-combative logistical work, thus relieving
reservists and soldiers to perform other necessary duties.
This is a hands-on program, working with Israelis. People
ages 18-80 are needed now to help on army bases and
in hospitals. Programs range from two to three weeks.
Groups are leaving frequently. Click on vfi-usa.org
for details or call Volunteers
for Israel at 212-643-4848 or email vol4israel@aol.com.
